Commission Terms and Conditions

Usage Terms

1. All commissions are for personal use only. You may not resell commissioned artwork or use commercially without a prior, written agreement with the artist.
   
2. The artist reserves the right to refuse commissions for any reason, even if that reason is not outlined in the “Acceptance Terms.”
3. The artist reserves the right to post (watermarked) commissioned work on their social media pages. 
4. When posting on social media, the commissioner must properly credit/link back to the artist.

Payment Terms

1. All payment must be done through PayPal invoice.
2. For commissions under $100, payment is due before work has begun. For commissions over $100, 50% is due before work has begun and the remaining 50% is due after approval of the sketch. 

Acceptance Terms
The artist will not, under any circumstances, accept commissions of the following types:

1. Explicit not-safe-for-work content (light nudity is OK.) 
2. Not-safe-for-work content of ANY kind of underage characters (including “looks like a kid but is actually 1000 years old”-type characters.)
3. Excessive gore or violence.
4. Romantic pairings that contain incest or uncomfortable age gap.
